Garth Neufeld is a Professor of Psychology at Cascadia College. He is passionate about teaching and service, and has helped to found Introductory Psychology Coast-to-Coast, TIP Northwest, The PsychSessions Podcast, and Shared Space For All. He is also the founder of On Mission Consulting.
Bridgette Martin Hard

Coast-to-Coast Co-Founder
Bridgette Martin Hard is a Professor of the Practice in Duke University's Department of Psychology and Neuroscience. In addition to helping found Coast-to-Coast, she co-founded and has managed the Psych One Conference since its inception in 2012 and is also on the steering committee for NITOP.

Josh Woods is an Associate Professor in the Psychology Department at Grand View University in Des Moines, IA. He is also the Director of the C0gn1t10n L4b which conducts research on cognitive illusions that impact memory and learning.

Janet Peters is a Scholarly Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology, Director of Instructional Excellence & Innovation at WSU Tri-Cities, and chair of the Society of Teaching Psychology's committee for Early Career Psychologists.

Megan Doran

Assistant Director
Megan Doran is a Master's student in the Clinical Mental Health Program at Grand View. She won both the 2024 Student of the Year and the Top Psychology Student for the 2023-2024 academic year. She also recently published a paper using the TILT method.
